About me
I’m Juli Kulcsár and my mission is to connect the right people with the right jobs. I believe this is what’s traditionally called headhunting. I do however a lot more than that: I support both parties from the first moment to the last, so that everybody finds what they are truly looking for.
I have gained experience in multiple industries and multinational companies as well as with smaller firms since 2006. I have built a significant network, mainly in the IT sector.
My superpower is that I can truly remember each and every person I have ever had any kind of interaction with. So, I can quickly identify the individuals that need to be connected so they can create a successful and inspiring work relationship.
After thousands of interviews and hundreds of successful placements I feel that my work is my true passion.

Dedicated focus
There are no “small” or “big” clients. For me, every single client and candidate is equally important, so I choose to only work on a few assignments simultaneously. I try to take an active part in the company’s everyday life so I can thoroughly map out their needs and the opportunities. Equally, I have a personal relationship with my candidates, so I have a clear picture of their capabilities and what they are looking to achieve.
I sincerely believe that I can only do quality work if I know both the company and the candidate really well and I have a clear understanding of their unique strengths that can make their cooperation successful. This gives me the ability to connect the right companies with the right experts –so they find a place they truly belong.
Efficiency
Throughout the recruitment process both employers and candidates are only in touch with one single person – me. Communication is easier and more effective as information doesn’t get lost. And by information I mean even things like impressions or perceptions that are hard to put in words but are often important during the process.
Speed and quality
To ensure an effective cooperation, I start advising my clients at the very first stage of creating the position description itself and then follow the whole recruitment process closely. I use the same approach with my candidates too: as a very first step we talk through their needs, their career ambitions and what they think they can offer to the new company. Following this approach, I will only connect people whose goals, beliefs and values match. I save time for everyone.
Credibility
The number one priority for me is to know that people have found the place they belong and everybody is pleased. I tend to build life-long relationships with my clients and my candidates. I’m available to help them any time they need me even after the placement. This type of trust is only possible if I deliver on my promise. Therefore, I only work with clients, whose teams I would be happy to join myself.
